Six Policies to Promote Youth Voting: The Fair Elections Center and Campus Vote Project produced the report “Democracy’s Future: Proposals to Expand Access to Registration and Voting for a New Generation” which includes model bills about on-campus voter registration, on-campus polling places, preregistration of 16- and 17-year-olds, residency rules allowing students to register, student ID for voting, and students as poll workers.
